DrawSuccess 4 Students is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping students change their world in a fun and rewarding way.

In Latin “to educate” means “to draw out.”  In the same way, DrawSuccess 4 Students uses a unique, experiential process that “draws out” solutions from student participants in a wide variety of areas, including:

•  Preventing and resolving challenges with prejudice, discrimination and bullying
•  Building strong relationships and teams
•  Showing appreciation to others
•  Resolving conflict
•  Understanding personalities, behaviors and motivations
•  Handling stress and anxiety
•  Embracing diversity, tolerance and inclusion
•  Stimulating creative thinking, idea-generation and decision-making
•  Improving communication skills
•  Developing empathy and creating a support system
•  And more…
